This site runs a private survivor pool for friends. Here is everything it keeps.
What we store
- The name you type when you submit a pick, and the team and time of each pick.
- For admins only: an email address, used to send sign-in links and pick notifications.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
How it's used
- Your name and picks are shown on this site once a week's results are posted, so everyone can see who survived.
- Admin email addresses are used only to run the pool. Emails are delivered through Resend.
- Game schedules and scores come from ESPN's public data; nothing about you is sent to ESPN.
What we don't do
- No advertising, analytics trackers, or selling of information.
- No accounts or passwords for players — just your name.
